The Airport project is the first of its kind in India taken up on Public and Private Partnershp.
The work is awarded on Design and build basis by the client to the International firm China State construction Engineering (HK) Ltd., Working along with International consultants, & Designers Ove Arup,(UK), and IDA(Hong Kong), associated with the conceptual, Preliminary and Detailed design of this Modern airport. During the construction phase, number of Design solutions corresponding to the construction sequence were developed and helped to the speedy execution of works.
The client is very much conscious of the Green Building requirements and the Leeds Certification for this Modern International Airport. Based on client requirements, the building is registered for the LEEDS certification at the start of the works, and its requirements are met with during the execution, and the Airport building is LEEDS certified for Green Home. |

Design works like the Design of Temporary bridge for execution of works, Design of Sheet piling, Design of piling for the Main tower, Design of Temporary works like Retaining walls, design of Form work , design of Concrete Mixes using the Microsilica to get grade strengths of 60 N/mm2 and 80 N/mm2, Dewatering systems, Design of other ancillary designs associated with main structure such as precast Stairs, Preacst walls, precast girders, etc., They have also been associated with the Design and production of shop drawings required for execution of various inter connected works, and coordination of various sub contractors works with the main works. |
